A fine chain of small turquoise beads, joined by 14K gold links assembled in New York's Diamond District. Wear it on its own, or hang a coin from the dog clip and let the blue frame it.
It closes with a dog clip at one end and a spring ring at the other, and it wears two ways. Turn the clasp to the front and hang a pendant from the dog clip. Or turn it around and wear it as a simple bead chain. At 18.5 inches it falls just above the collarbone.
