Refund policy

All sales are final.

Each piece from Juno Moneta Studio is hand-cast and individually finished. Once a piece sells, it cannot be restocked, exchanged, or reproduced exactly. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

In the rare event an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@junomonetastudio.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
