Histiaia, Diamond
Composure, in gold.
A coin to carry you when everything around you is moving.
Histiaia (his-tee-EYE-uh) sits at the stern of a warship, holding its standard, unhurried. No myth about her survives. History barely wrote her down. But her city put her on its coins and kept her there for generations, and her image has lasted more than two thousand years.
